Both games from last night’s NBA playoff action saw a Tech player play important minutes. Chris Bosh had a huge game for the Heat in their road win over the Bulls while Jarrett Jack struggled in Golden State’s return home. Both teams got more than they expected and had to put up a fight in two tough games yesterday. Continue reading
Chris Bosh- Bosh helped lead the Heat to their 21st straight win, making it the third longest streak in NBA history. He shot 12-16 and scored 28 points, which was tied for the team lead with Lebron. He also contributed 7 rebounds and 2 blocks to his hot shooting night. If he starts to heat up, the Heat may not lose again for a long time.
Jarrett Jack- The Warriors were blown out at home tonight against the Bulls, but Jack shot much better. He was 7-15 from the field with 20 points and 4 rebounds, so this was a step in the right direction for him. He hasn’t been efficient coming off the bench lately and he needs to try to string together a couple good games.
Thaddeus Young- Tonight the 76ers lost to the Chicago Bulls on the road and Thaddeus unfortunately had a poor night. Although he played 39 minutes, he only scored 9 points on 4-13 shooting and hauled in 9 rebounds. Lately he has been off of his season averages, but he is now getting a lot of playing time so he should turn it around.
